Indication

Cattle, sheep and goats:

Infectious disease caused by micro-organisms sensitive to oxytetracycline.

Dosage and Administration

Intramuscular(I.M)route.

The recommended dosage is 20mg oxytetracycline per kg bodyweight, as 1ml oxytetracycline 30% L.A. 15kg in one single injection without exceeding 15ml in cattle and 3ml in small ruminants.

Side Effects

To use tetracycline during teeth development and late pregnancy it may cause teeth discoloration.

Precaution

1. Horse can cause gastro-enteritis after injection.

2. Forbidden to use in animals with liver or kidney disfunction.

3. Cattle and goat during lactation period disabled.

 

Withdrawal Period

Meat: 21 days.

Milk: 7 days.
